We are offering a range of very high quality carbon fiber parts which unless otherwise stated are all made through the process of vacuum infusion. Vacuum infused parts give a perfect pin hole free surface, air void free part and are light. Its a more costly way of production than the wet lay method but the results speak for themselves.

Our Kevlar underguards and majority of fiberglass parts are wet lay, however we don't just use chopped strand matt fiberglass as this does not offer much real strength. Instead where strength and flex are necessary we use 2x2 twill and bi-axial fiberglass.
