The outer skin is vacuum infused which helps keep the bonnet weight to a minimum and contains kevlar in the area where the bonnet pins go. This can be seen in the shadow above.

It's lightweight (appox 1.5kg including flock) but will flex and take the vibrations of rallying without breaking.

This dash goes right out to the windscreen. When the mould was made the metal section at the bottom of the windscreen was included.

Foot rest pictured takes the shape of the hump on the floor and we also make a foot rest which is flat on the bottom and requires a spacer under the left side. Both foot rests have a steep angle to suit to low seating position of the corolla
