The company was formed in 2010 by Brian Grealish and Sean Hession.

The initial business plan was quite straight forward, “focus on quality rather than quantity!” and this high standard netted Galway Carbon many different projects.

During this time Galway Carbon designed, prototyped and produced many different parts to the highest standard possible.

This early focus on and attention to quality led to many changes in developing and progressing the business.

In January 2012 Galway Carbon moved to a larger premises to accommodate its growing involvement in larger scale work.

During the summer of 2015 the workshop doubled in size. In 2016 the company invested further in developing the business by purchasing a new large state of the art oven and a trimming/prototyping booth large enough to accommodate a full size body shell.

The future looks very exciting and there are many new plans to come down the line but the most important thing of all is that the same attention to detail and quality is always the number one priority.
